Costumo comprar produtos naturais com frequência e as minhas
lojas que mais visito ultimamente são o Celeiro e o Biomercado.
Nas minhas últimas visitas não só comprei alguns cosméticos
como também produtos alimentares e suplementos alimentares. Tomo com frequência
suplementos alimentares para aliviar a minha dores da Fibromialgia assim como
para melhorar o meu sistema imunológico, reduzir a retenção de líquidos e
proteger o estômago. Pouco a pouco ando a substituir os produtos alimentares
“normais” para umas opções mais naturais, de preferência sem glúten. Não sou
intolerante ao glúten mas não posso exagerar no seu consumo pois cria-me
problemas intestinais e estômago. Já li que quem tem fibromialgia deveria
eliminar o glúten da sua alimentação, pelo que eu que tenho reduzido.
Passei pelo Celeiro e comprei os seguintes produtos:

São cereais corn flakes sem glúten, sem ovos, sem leite nem
soja. Sem gorduras hidrogenadas, corantes e conservantes. Estes corn flakes são
muito saborosos e não noto diferença nenhuma por não terem glúten.

A Curcuma tem imensas qualidades, é excelente para a depressão, as articulações e músculos (inflamatório e antioxidante), o fígado, os intestinos e Sistema imunitário.

O óleo de sésamo biológico é prensado a frio, não refinado e
obtido sem a utilização de químicos. Contém ácidos gordos essenciais. Muito
utilizado na cozinha Oriental. Indicado para preparar doces, sobremesas e bolos.
Ideal para preparar pratos com tofu.
Gosto imenso deste óleo para cozinhar principalmente bolos,
especialmente queques.
- Chá
biológico urtiga vulgar 50g 1,70€ / Organic tea nettle common 50g 1,70€
O chá de urtiga vulgar é bom para a retenção de líquidos
como para o reumático e para aliviar as alergias. Notei efeito relativamente a
drenar os líquidos.

Este xarope de ácer de agricultura biológica é excelente
para ser utilizado em sobremesas como panquecas. Isento de aditivos artificiais
e conservantes.
Já experimentei vários xaropes de ácer e este é o meu
preferido.
No Biomercado acabei por comprar os seguintes items:

Um gel de limpeza orgânico suave para a pele sensível
deixando-a limpa, hidratada e revitalizada. Livre de conservantes, derivados
petroquímicos e corantes ou fragrâncias artificiais.
Estou a acabar uma embalagem deste gel e por isso comprei
outro para o meu stock. O preço qualidade é muito bom.

Máscara facial para pele sensível com argila rosa e aloé
vera com uma composição 100% natural de acordo com os critérios
ecológicos. Sem parabenos e sem fenoxietanol. Esta mascara limpa a pele
sensível sem a irritar muito bem.

Amazing glúten free 150g 2,25€
Adoro este snack, é muito saboroso e não tem glúten, posso
come-lo sem inchar. Existem mais sabores como o chili que costumo também
comprar.

In my last
visits, not only I bought some cosmetics as well as natural food and dietary
supplements. I take dietary supplements often to relieve my Fibromyalgia´s pain
and to improve my immune system, reduce water retention and protect the
stomach. Slowly I am replacing the "normal" food for more natural
options, preferably gluten free. I'm not gluten intolerant but I cannot
overstate their consumption it creates me intestinal and stomach problems. I've
read that those with fibromyalgia should eliminate gluten from their diet, so I
am reducing.
I went to “Celeiro” and I bought the following products:
- Corn flakes from Schar gluten free

This
cereal corn flakes gluten free are without eggs without milk or soy. No
hydrogenated fats, colorants and preservatives. These corn flakes are very
tasty and I have not noticed any difference from those with gluten.
- Curcumin full spectrum from Solgar 30
caps. 39,99€
Curcumin
in micellar structure: immediately available for absorbed. Free of: sugar,
salt, starch, gluten, wheat, dairy products, soy, yeast, preservatives,
sweeteners artificial flavorings or colorants.
The
Curcuma has immense qualities, is excellent for depression, joints and muscles
(inflammatory and antioxidant), liver, intestines and immune system.
I am
finishing this package/bottle and feel more detox but still have my
fibromyalgia pains.
- Sesame oil bio from
Vitaquell 250ml 6,59€
The
organic sesame oil is cold pressed, unrefined and obtained without the use of
chemicals. It contains essential fatty acids. Widely used in Oriental cuisine.
Suitable for preparing sweets, desserts and cakes. Ideal for preparing dishes
with tofu.
I really
like this oil for cooking especially cakes, especially cupcakes.
- Organic tea nettle common 50g 1,70€
The common
nettle tea is good for water retention and for rheumatism and to relieve
allergies. I noticed that reduce my water retention.
- Pure maple syrup bio from Cofradex
330g 7,45€
This maple
syrup from organic farming is excellent for use in desserts like pancakes. Free
of artificial additives and preservatives.
I've tried
several maple syrups and this is my favorite.
In “Biomercado”
I ended up buying the following items:
- Cleaning Gel Lavera Basis Sensitive
125ml 5,99€
It´s a
gentle organic cleansing facial gel for sensitive skin that leaves it clean,
hydrated and revitalized. Free of preservatives, petrochemical derivatives and
artificial colors or fragrances.
I'm
finishing a package of this cleaning gel, so I bought a new one for my stock.
The price vs quality is very good.
- Pink Clay Cattier facial mask for
sensitive skin 100ml 5,49€
It´s a facial
mask for sensitive skin with pink clay and aloe vera .It is parabens free and
phenoxyethanol free. This mask cleans the sensitive skin without irritating very
well.
- Natural corn chips Bio Amazing glúten
free 150g 2,25€
I love
this snack is very tasty and has no gluten, can eat it without swell. There are
more flavors like chili that usually also buy.
