I found this product a miracle worker, it make me relax and helps me fall asleep very effectively.

I discovered recently that there is another product from this brand ,for restless sleepers and those who wake in the night “sleep plus pillow spray”, that is already on my wish list.

After reading several positive reviews on this product, I really wanted to try it. I have a stressful job, so all help to relax is welcome. I did not notice great effect in regard easing tensions. The aroma leads to a certain relaxation, but very soft, I expected more of the product. I prefer no doubt This Works Deep Sleep Stress Less in roll on. It has a different aroma, but really helps me eliminate stress, improve breathing and helps you fall asleep.

I strongly recommend to have this small version for when you want to pamper yourself.

A Naturisimo ( Organic beauty products) que já tenho falado bastante no blog lançou uma nova box de descoberta, desta vez de produtos para o cabelo. Não conheço nenhuma das marcas, são uma experiência nova para mim. O preço foi £9,95 incluindo portes de envio neste link ainda disponível.

Naturisimo Cleanse & Polish Discovery Box

A caixa de descoberta de Naturisimo é uma maneira, com custo agradável, de encontrar novos produtos de beleza "green", uma boa introdução a algumas empresas"green" populares de produtos de pele .

Mal tive conhecimento que a Naturisimo tinha lançado uma nova box de descoberta por mero acaso através de uma “review” no blog http://bbalm.blogspot.pt/, que sigo com frequência, não perdi tempo e fui logo a pagina da Naturisimo. O tema desta box é limpeza e exfoliação da pele, não resisti e mandei vir, tendo em conta a quantidade de produtos, que traz versus o preço 9,95£ sem custos de envio, a box ficou super em conta. Em pouco tempo se esgotou. O envio para Portugal leva um pouco mais do que uma semana.

 A discovery box from Naturisimo is an budget friendly way of finding new green beauty products, a good introduction to some popular green skincare companies.  

When I had knew that Naturisimo had launched a new box of discovery by chance through a "review" in http://bbalm.blogspot.pt/ blog that I follow.  I wasted no time and immediately went to the Naturisimo page. The theme of this box is cleeanse and polish  the skin, I could not resist and bought one, given the amount of product that brings and the price  £ 9.95 , the box was a bargain. It sold out very quickly. Shipping to Portugal takes a little more than a week.

Já tive oportunidade de experimentar este sabonete através da LoveLula Box e posso dizer que é um dos meus favoritos. Adoro e já comprei de novo. Suave na pele, eficaz com um cheiro agradável. Utilizo-o também para fazer a depilação no banho. Tem função 2 em 1.

I had the opportunity to try this soap by LoveLula Box and I can say it's one of my favorites. I love and have repurshased . Gentle on the skin, effective with a pleasant smell. I use also for shaving in the shower. It has 2 in 1 function.

Um dos produtos que me levou a comprar esta box, foi este balsamo de limpeza, que tanto tenho lido nos blogs. Estou super curiosa em experimentar.

Mais um produto novo que vou experimentar. De momento estou a utilizar o esfoliante da Marilou. Havia um da Marilou de óleo argão que a assistente da loja da Organii me disse que era para peles mais maduras mas também era mais suave. Como no verão a minha pele mista fica mais oleosa na zona T, preferi levar a versão clássica, mas fiquei arrependida.

Another new product that will experience. I'm currently using the scrub of Marilou.

Balance Me Pure Skin Face Wash (50ml): Price £11

 Mais um produto que estava com muita vontade de experimentar. Eu sempre preferi limpar a pele com gel de limpeza e água em vez de leites de limpeza. A embalagem tem 50ml, tem imenso produto para eu ver é bom para minha pele ou não.

Another product that was eager to try it. I always preferred to clean the skin with  water instead of milk cleansers.Let´s see if is good for my skin or not.

A gentle face wash which cleanses the skin leaving it clean and fresh.  Suitable or normal/combination skin.

Madara Brightening AHA Peel Mask (12.5ml): Price £5,5

Já tinha uma mascara igual que veio numa outra box, contudo ainda não o usei. Pelo será a primeira vez que vou experimentar esta mascara.

I had this mask already that came in another box, but have not yet used.  So still new to me. 

A peeling mask to remove dead skin cells, gently exfoliate and leave bright, radiant and smoothed skin with diminished age-spots and lines. For all skin types. Not suitable for those with fragile, hypersensitive skin.

Madara Micellar Water Sachet (2ml)- Sample:

Nunca experimentei uma água micelar “green”. Já experimentei diversas marcas e nunca me adaptei a nenhuma.

I never use a green micellar water . I've tried various brands and never adapted myself to any of them.

Este creme é tem uma formula para "banir o ar cinza urbano". Adoro isso! Ele também combate os sinais de fadiga e reduz linhas finas e as rugas. Certo para mim! Eu experimentei e achei-o muito leve na minha pele. Deu a minha pele uma luminosidade saudável e jovem.

Salcura Skin Repair Moisturiser – 50ml, £9.99
O hidratante é absorvido rapidamente e é rico em minerais de silicato para acalmar e reparar a pele seca, inflamada e irritada. Salcura Zeoderm é adequado para aqueles que podem estar propensos a eczema, psoríase, dermatite e pele seca e prurido. Eu pensei que como tenho tendência a ter a pele sensível, reactiva e desidratada, que este creme me desse a hidratação necessária nestas alturas. Mas não, deixou minha pele muito oleosa, com borbulhas. Uso-o no corpo.

John Masters Organics Orange & Ginseng Exfoliating Body Bar, £7

Eu adorei John Masters Organic Birch and Cedarwood Cleansing and Shaving Bar do Lula Love Box de Março de 2015. E agora tem esta barra esfoliante, ótimo! Este refrescante e rejuvenescimento sabonete esfolia suavemente e cria uma espuma revigorante deixando a pele limpa, macia e suave. Bem, não decepcionou de todo! Adorei a fragrância cítrica. Estou me a tornar uma fã dos John Masters Organics Body Bars. Definitivamente vou readquirir.

Teatox Skinny Detox
Estou sempre interessada em experimentar novos tipos de chás. Este chá utiliza o poder natural de ingredientes seleccionados orgânicos ("Lemongrass", ervas dente de leão, erva-mate, bagas de goji, chá verde Sencha, raiz de gengibre, folhas de bétula, folhas de urtiga, "ervas goldenrod" & ervas cavalinha) cheios de ervas de detox e propriedades desintoxicantes. Gostei do sabor, senti -me bem.

Figs & Rouge Rambling Rose Balm, £5
A embalagem é muito bonita. Neste bálsamo multi-propósito é criado com óleos de rosa mosqueta e  de gerânio rosa para hidratação intensa nos lábios, corpo e rosto. O cheiro de rosa é delicioso.

Adorei a experiência de receber durante 3 meses estas surpresas, espero repetir brevemente.

Ren V-Cense Youth Vitality Day Cream

This travel size cream is formulated to banish urban grey. Love that! It also combats signs of fatigue and reduces fine lines and wrinkles. Right for me! I tried and felt very light on my skin. Gave me a healthy and youthful luminosity.

Salcura Skin Repair Moisturiser – 50ml, £9.99

The moisturiser is absorbed quickly and is rich in silicate minerals to soothe and repair dry, inflamed and irritated skin. Salcura Zeoderm is suitable for those who may be prone to eczema, psoriasis, dermatitis and dry and itchy skin. I thought as I tend to have sensitive, reactive and dehydrated skin time to time, that this cream would give me the hydration needed. But no, left my skin very oily with spots. I only use it on my body.


John Masters Organics Orange & Ginseng Exfoliating Body Bar, £7

I loved John Masters Organic Birch and Cedarwood Cleansing and Shaving Bar from the Lovelula Box from march 2015. And now got the exfoliating body bar, great! This refreshing and rejuvenating Body Bar gently exfoliates and creates na invigorating lather leaving skin clear, soft and smooth. Well, did not disappoint! Loved the citrus fragrance. I become a John Masters Organics Body Bars. I will definitely repurchase.

Teatox Skinny Detox

I’m always interested in trying new types of teas. This treatment tea uses the natural power of selected organic ingredients (Lemongrass, dandelion herbs, yerba mate, goji berries, sencha green tea, ginger root, birch leaves, nettle leaves, goldenrod herbs & horsetail herbs) full of cleansing herbs and detoxifying properties. I liked, tasted very well. Felt detox!

Figs & Rouge Rambling Rose Balm, £5

The packaging is very pretty. This multi-purpose balm is created with rosehip and rose geranium oils for intense moisturisation on lips, body and face. The scent of rose is delicious.


Loved the experience of receiving these surprises for 3 months, I hope to repeat soon.

Uma adição colorida a caixa de beleza e baunilha francês soa quase perfeito. O creme é enriquecido com manteiga de coco e 80ml é um tamanho muito bom.

Ren Flash 1 Minute Facial – 15ml (15ml sample, Full size £32 )

Isto é para ser usado a cada três dias. A agua ativa a vitamina C e a pele fica "firme, tonificada e brilhante". Ren é outra marca que não desilude e estou desejosa de experimentar este produto - Instant Firming Beauty Shot.
