My latest natural products buys

- Xarope puro ácer bio da Cofradex  330g 7,45€ / Pure maple syrup bio from Cofradex 330g 7,45€

Translation:

I frequently purchase natural products and the stores I visit more lately are “Celeiro” and “Biomercado”in Portugal.
In my last visits, not only I bought some cosmetics as well as natural food and dietary supplements. I take dietary supplements often to relieve my Fibromyalgia´s pain and to improve my immune system, reduce water retention and protect the stomach. Slowly I am replacing the "normal" food for more natural options, preferably gluten free. I'm not gluten intolerant but I cannot overstate their consumption it creates me intestinal and stomach problems. I've read that those with fibromyalgia should eliminate gluten from their diet, so I am reducing.

I went to “Celeiro” and I bought the following products:

- Corn flakes from Schar gluten free 250g 2,90€
This cereal corn flakes gluten free are without eggs without milk or soy. No hydrogenated fats, colorants and preservatives. These corn flakes are very tasty and I have not noticed any difference from those with gluten.

- Curcumin full spectrum from Solgar 30 caps. 39,99€
Curcumin in micellar structure: immediately available for absorbed. Free of: sugar, salt, starch, gluten, wheat, dairy products, soy, yeast, preservatives, sweeteners artificial flavorings or colorants.
The Curcuma has immense qualities, is excellent for depression, joints and muscles (inflammatory and antioxidant), liver, intestines and immune system.
I am finishing this package/bottle and feel more detox but still have my fibromyalgia pains.

-  Sesame oil bio from Vitaquell 250ml 6,59€
The organic sesame oil is cold pressed, unrefined and obtained without the use of chemicals. It contains essential fatty acids. Widely used in Oriental cuisine. Suitable for preparing sweets, desserts and cakes. Ideal for preparing dishes with tofu.
I really like this oil for cooking especially cakes, especially cupcakes.

- Organic tea nettle common 50g 1,70€
The common nettle tea is good for water retention and for rheumatism and to relieve allergies. I noticed that reduce my water retention.

- Pure maple syrup bio from Cofradex 330g 7,45€
This maple syrup from organic farming is excellent for use in desserts like pancakes. Free of artificial additives and preservatives.
I've tried several maple syrups and this is my favorite.

In “Biomercado” I ended up buying the following items:

- Cleaning Gel Lavera Basis Sensitive 125ml 5,99€
It´s a gentle organic cleansing facial gel for sensitive skin that leaves it clean, hydrated and revitalized. Free of preservatives, petrochemical derivatives and artificial colors or fragrances.
I'm finishing a package of this cleaning gel, so I bought a new one for my stock. The price vs quality is very good.

- Pink Clay Cattier facial mask for sensitive skin 100ml 5,49€
It´s a facial mask for sensitive skin with pink clay and aloe vera .It is parabens free and phenoxyethanol free. This mask cleans the sensitive skin without irritating very well.

Aquarian Gaze Water Resistant Long-Lash Mineral Mascara - PACIFICA

I wanted to try a new green mascara so I decided to buy the Aquarian Gaze Water ResistantLong-Lash Mineral Mascara in “Abyss.” I was excited about this one because it was a water resistant.  I purchase it the the LucyRose.biz and got 3 free samples. Unfortunately I can´t find Pacifica in Portugal. Would I have finally found the green mascara of my dreams? Well, not yet, but very close.

The description of the product on the mascara´box is :”Water-resistant and long  wearing super lush mascara.  Amazing lengthening brush makes your lashes insanely long and gorgeous as it separates to build volume. Aply one coat for a natural lash look or layer for more intensity.”

Though it’s had good reviews, the best thing about this mascara is the fact that is vegan and cruelty free. The black is a very nice dark black and really makes your lashes pop in a naturaly look. It´s a good mascara for a daily look.

Well, it doesn’t really lengthen mutch my lashes. I need to aply several coats to acheive more definition and volume. It takes time to dry, so be carefull not to smudge. It does tend to flake a bit during the day. But no alergies and I have sensitive eyes.  If you cry it does come out a bit. To remove this mascara, I use a waterproof makeup cleanser. I prefer to do this after a shower, because it comes out easily.

I might repurchase because is a natural mascara, not perfect, but almost there. The final cost for me was 27€, it was costy.

Vegan Mascara Guide

by Tashina Combs

There are so many brands out there that are cruelty free with vegan options but do not offer a vegan
mascara.
There are lots of amazing vegan mascaras available. It just takes a little digging to find out what options
are available and then you can find the best vegan mascara for you!
That’s why I decided to create the Vegan Mascara Guide. This guide includes brands that offer cruelty
free and vegan mascaras of all kinds. Some brands may have waterproof options, different colors, etc.
All of the brands listed offer mascara that is completely free of animal ingredients.
Continue reading to see the options available in the Vegan Mascara Guide!
The following brands are all cruelty free and have vegan mascara options. Some of these brands also
offer mascaras that are not vegan, so be sure to read ingredients before purchasing. Brands that are
100% vegan are noted.
The links included are to their vegan options. Please keep in mind that while Logical Harmony will do
our best to  keep the list up to date, from time to time brands do change formulas or add new products.
This means that there is no animal testing anywhere in their supply chain, during production, or on the
finished products. It also means that they make foundations that are free of animal ingredients.
The brands included on this list do not have a parent company who tests on animals. None of the money
used to purchase mascaras from these brands will go to fund any animal testing in any way.
